Leonard Redway: American Plumber Story

Meet Leonard Redway from LRS Plumbing.
Read his American Plumber story!
How did you get started in the plumbing trade?
My mother had a thing for Plumbers. Her grandfather was a Plumber, her father is a Plumber, she married a Plumber, and has 3 sons who are Plumbers (myself and my 2 brothers)."
What do you like most about your work as a plumber?
The Plumbing industry is hard work but rewarding work. After 25 years, I still enjoy the challenges and love solving problems for my Technicians and others in the industry who don't have the experience yet.
What advice do you have for the younger generation entering the plumbing trade?
I strongly advise young people entering the Trade to learn your craft, provide QUALITY service and always be professional. Don't focus on the financial aspect. If you do the above the money will come.

After working in maintenance and repair for 20 years I believe that plumbers are the #1 trades folks we are fortunate to have.
