Transition

Curious what $500 and self-drive could get you? For Jimmy Hiller, it was launching his own business, Hiller Plumbing. Jimmy entered the trades just after graduating high school and it wasn’t long until he picked up the skills and dove into a successful career in plumbing.

Prior to starting his own company, Jimmy worked for several other companies but continued to feel unsatisfied with the path he was on. This inspired him to establish something of his own. To further build his team, Jimmy started a program called, “Transition to Trades” that gives military service members an opportunity to develop skills in the trades and jumpstart a career while transitioning to the civilian world.
