What advice do you have for the younger generation entering the plumbing trade?
The advice i have is - Speak up! If you are an apprentice, helper, parts runner and you wish to know more….SPEAK UP! Ask whats the basics to install a kitchen faucet, Ask if its ok to help them replace a navien tankless so you can understand the fundamentals to it, Ask if you can run new toilets from ferguson so you can remember every single toilet name….Speak up because no one will do it for you.
